Rally

An integral part of Camper & Adventure EXPO 2025 the caravanning is a unique gathering for enthusiasts of life on the road. Whether you travel in a campervan, caravan, off-road trailer, or any other leisure or off-road vehicle, you’re welcome to join – no vehicle type is excluded in our rally area! This is a one-of-a-kind event that brings together like-minded adventurers who share a passion for freedom, travel, and exploration. We have prepared 80 dedicated spaces for your vehicles, adding to the excitement of our exhibition.

Live in the rally area and enjoy full access to the show – each rally pitch reservation package includes two 2-day entry tickets to the exhibition.

We offer 30 m² rally pitches, available from Friday, 7 March 2025, to Sunday, 9 March 2025. You can choose between pitches with or without 230V 2kW electricity access.

Our caravanning rally and trade show provide the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow campervan and van life enthusiasts, exchange experiences, and take part in a range of exciting attractions and activities.

Registration

Participation in the caravanning rally requires advance reservation, as spaces are limited. Participation fees:

• PLN 200 per vehicle – Includes a 30 m² pitch without electricity access for a campervan, caravan/off-road trailer, or car with a rooftop tent in the caravanning rally area at EXPO Krakow. The package also includes two 2-day tickets for the show.
• PLN 400 per vehicle – Includes a 30 m² pitch with a 230V 2kW electrical hook-up for a campervan, caravan/off-road trailer, or car with a rooftop tent in the caravanning rally area at EXPO Krakow. The package also includes two 2-day tickets for the show.

Additional Information

• Toilet access is provided for all rally participants.
• Overnight stays in your vehicle on the EXPO Krakow grounds are permitted from 7–9 March 2025.
• When reserving a pitch, please provide your first and last name along with the registration number of your vehicle or vehicle-trailer set for entry into the rally area.
• After reserving a pitch, you will receive an electronic voucher via email. This voucher allows you to collect two 2-day entry wristbands for Camper & Adventure EXPO 2025 at the ticket offices.
